My wife and I were perusing the mall a while back and needed our thirsts quenched (we were parched from dodging mall zombies). We ended up partaking in the malliest of all mall concoctions: the Orange Julius. Later that night, my wife asked me to make her a boozy drink. With the taste of Orange Julius still in my thoughts, I came up with this decidedly more adult version of the mall classic. It has all the tastiness of an Orange Julius, but with more booze and less mall zombies.
Ingredients.
- 1 shot triple sec
- 1 shot brandy
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Ice (crushed works best)
Tools.
- Shot glass
- Measuring cup
- Blender
- Highball glass
Steps.
- Pour triple sec, orange juice, cream and a couple handfuls of ice into a blender and blend on high until smooth. I recommend using crushed ice to avoid having stray chunks of ice in your drink.
- Pour into a highball glass.
- (Optional) Eat.
- Drink/be merry.
